1. Transparency
We took a vote, and all are in favor of making a new Staff section. All recent/relevant posts that do not contain personal info (such as telephone numbers, sexual favors, and money spent on hookers and blow) will be moved to the new Read-Only staff section. From this point on, all meeting minutes will be posted in the new staff section. While a private staff section has always been part of the tradition of LANKnights, the new staff believes that a more open and transparent club will, thanks to your input, be more beneficial to the direction of the club.

2. Discussion of the possibility of new Forum Policies
Staff members took turns discussing whether to implement new possible forum policies to reduce the amount of counter-productive posts on the lanknights.net forum. Adrian "Rickenwing" suggested more active enforcement of the UCF Goldren Rule. Jordan "gamma" Toor suggested creating moderated sub-groups that enforce their own policies, such as a Team Buttz sub-forum moderated by Brain?! and having the Developer's Corner moderated by TerranUp. Some counter-arguments were that LANKnights as a group should not encourage the forming of cliques nor actively discourage them, and instead focus on fostering a sense of community. Tachyon pointed to: http://www.lanknight...rum-rules-read/. A motion was made to edit the post with the UCF Goldren Rule at top, and have an announcement link on the ShoutBox and IRC. All were in favor.

Bryce asked for Jordan to update the Staff page with the most recent updates.
