League of Legends Practice teams

I play league a lot, probably too much, and I usually play with my friends in small premades. We usually lose due to nooblord pugs, their premades being much much better, or disconnects. So here I am suggesting the idea that we make some groups of summoners and play each other in custom games. I believe we get the same amount of IP and we could ensure there would be no one who doesn't listen or random DCs that cost your team the game.

There's always enough UCF people online, the question is whether or not they actually are interested...
Also, Skyrim comes out on Friday, so I'm locked up for about... 2 months

@Traverse I know! I'm losing all my friends to skyrim! I'll be alone on the fields of justice.
@doomz I might. I want to get better first, a lot better. Where and when is it?

Is there really a skill curve in moba games? Unless Ofcom you mean get better via buying more OP heroes.

I think there is. An unskilled with an OP champion is still unskilled. I've seen a lot of bad Orianna players when she was in her prime of OP-ness.

Every character is OP in the right hands with the right build. Every character also has a weakness, and counter to said weakness. Sometimes they get too fed and their weakness is "survive long enough to level out." Which can be difficult.
