How do I re-enable shout box?

I think I clicked a button that pulled shout box out to a new tab. Ever since then the shout box no long appears by default on the forum page. I've tried deleting my cookies and using another computer. No luck.

With the side panel menu, there is an arrow to re-open it (after you click on the X, close). I tried two other browser (FF and IE, main is Chrome), but same issue.

Go to lanknights.net/shoutbox then there should be a preferences box, click the reset to default button. That should fix it for you.
