I'd like to get an idea of what UCFG's members are majoring in. Please post your major and your experience in it so far and what you plan to do after you graduate. I'm probably gonna be changing mine (Computer/Electrical Engineering)...I've got a few ideas, just not sure at the moment.

I am doing Computer and Electrical Engineering. I'm in my third year, and neck deep in my core electrical classes. It is kinda hit or miss with the professors, Ive had some really good ones, and some that are about as useful as a female driver.

Ive been interning at Progress Energy, and that has been going very well. I keep trying to get involved with IEEE and similar clubs, but time is an issue.

Journalism is a limited access program. You have to have about a 3.5 GPA to get in and you can only apply after you have completed 30 credit hours. They only let a certain number of people (about 20) in each semester. The people with the top 20 GPAs who have completed a grammar proficiency test are accepted. It's tough for some people to get a good enough GPA.

That's pretty much the same for the Ad/PR program. They say you need at least a 3.5 to get in but they only take the top 20 or 30 GPAs, so the minimun GPA to get in is usually about 3.7
