I'm a n00b coming to UCF, not a student yet, getting in the process. I'm a transfer from Clearwater Christian College. I'm 21 years old and I'm a long time gamer, started at age 5 with NES. I am a diamond player in SC2 and pretty good at CS, but not playing full time. I am a co-founder of Trio Squad Production and a main player for Epik Gamerz (gaming group of Trio Squad Production). I'm athletic and love to run, bike, and play soccer and football. My favorite SC2 player is IdrA for his macro style, and Stephano for his decision and game play.

Oh, and the name is Adam Davies, and my friends and fans call me Blue Dragon. My tag is BluDragon.615. I'm hanging out in channel UCF now so you'll see me on there from time to time. hey guys my name is karl, and i have been at ucf for 2 years majoring in electrical engineering. I went to one of UF's lan events (GatorLAN) and i was amazed. so i decided i wanted to join the gaming club and lan knights would be awesome. I play league of legends alot, which was the tournament that was at gatorlan. I am looking forward to any tournaments you guys have. I play a little sc2 as well...im just not tht great at it but ill play anyways.

so when do you guys meet up and stuff?

We have a facebook group ( http://www.facebook....ps/36089322243/ ) and a steam group ( http://steamcommunity.com/groups/ucfg ), feel free to join those and bother everyone by adding everyone to your friendslist. We tend to hold LAN parties on campus once a month, and we actually have one coming up this Sunday, on May 20th. Otherwise, we usually have a meeting at the beginning of each semester. Unfortunately, I don't think we have a thread on the forums right now for LoL players to post their names. I'm sure you can start one up but all the Dota 2 and HoN players will yell at you without any trouble.

No not really. We hold staff meetings pretty regularly, but those are more so the officers can coordinate what they're doing. We tend to just play video games with each other.

wow u guys dont love each other enough. so about a lan a month? so is the "SUN IS BURNING OFF MY SKIN" lan the one for this month? league isnt on the gamelist...but will there be league players there?

The list of games on the events tab was just a random number of games pulled together. I was sort of expecting people would actually read the event description; you can play whatever you want, and you're encouraged to bring your friends so you can group together with them and play with them, and the schedule in the description is just the big games the server will go through, it doesn't include the low player ones. We might have a decent turn out of league players, but not many people have rsvp'd (I know some people are coming who haven't, though).

I'd still check it out, even if we don't have many league players there. We might end up playing something you like, or the LAN could turn into 12 hours of Dungeon Defenders like the last one did (ask Raven at the LAN about this if you decide to come).

I'll most likely be at the lan. I play LoL occasionally, but I think I'll probably be playing mostly Diablo 3 / Torchlight 2 and pausing for the TF2 events.
