Really basic site that's really only intended to be serviceable. It will be updated and then eventually replaced by a real website.

But anyway, TLDR is that Under Gaia is a competitive multiplayer RTS that pits two completely asymmetric factions against each other, drawing heavy inspiration from survival and tower defense games.

Dev Blog #2 from our Lead Engineer (and CEO)

And a quick update on the site-
You guys can already see that the site that's up has a lot more functionality (bbCode in Dev Blogs and Press Releases, a proper support ticket system, etc...), but what you can't see is the awesome progress on the revamp. That will be coming soon, and I do wish I could show more about it, but I can't quite do that yet.

And for those of you waffling on whether or not to take the link, I offer you three things:
  • Our networking is dedicated server-based AND offers auto-reconnect capability
  • CHAT CHANNELS ARE ALREADY WORKING (we don't need to post-release patch that crap *AHEM*)
  • The graphics engine is UPGRADEABLE (imagine getting a patch for the original Deus Ex right now that shifts it from Unreal Engine 1 to the most current Unreal Engine 3- we can do that)

Some site upgrades and forum upgrades. If you want/need access to the latter, let me know and I'll arrange it.

Anyway, those are upgrades to the *temporary* solutions. The revamped site is just around the corner, and the forums will be getting a proper visual upgrade down the road as well.

Gameplay isn't far off now, core revamp is just about complete so the brief engine hiatus will be ending soon and progress will be flooding in at that point.
