Right now I'm living in Avalon Park with Derek (Tachyon), but he is likely going to be trying to move downtown to be closer to classes for next year. So, pending what he does, I'm probably going to be looking for another roommate if I don't decide to just downsize to a smaller apartment.

Right now we live in a pretty big 1600+ sq ft townhome in a gated community, 2 car garage, by a pond, pretty quiet, very nice. 2 Bedroom, 3.5 bath (yes), big loft area that we use as the computer room. You'd be taking the room downstairs, which is pretty large and has its own full bathroom plus massive walk in closet.

No deposit required, but there is an application fee/background check, plus you'll need to register a gate sticker for your vehicle...total costs for all that I believe are $130. Rent would be $500/mo, includes all utilities (high speed trollnets, hdtv, water, electricity, etc). Washer/dryer included.

I would imagine it's okay as long as they're quiet and don't go on the carpet.
