What can I use to drill hole into circuit board also cut, it's to make Christmas ornaments out of an old mobo. like ThinkGeek has, http://www.thinkgeek...fice/gear/b3c3/

Uhh, a drill? Motherboards are surprisingly sturdy, so you shouldn't have a problem drilling a hole into them or cutting them if you use a good drill+bit and drill+disc combination. If anything getting the clean cut curves would be the hardest thing to do.

Dremel Tool solves all problems...just keep buying attachments til the problem is solved.
