Club Elections and Meeting

When: December 2nd, 2010

Time: 7PM

Where: HEC - Room 101



Member Dues: This is the last date we are accepting member dues that include a t-shirt. If for some reason you cannot make it to the meeting and you would still like to turn in dues, you can either pay online (via front page) or email staff@lanknights.net to arrange an alternative. You must send an email before this meeting otherwise you will be ineligible for a t-shirt. After this date, dues will drop to $10 and will include membership benefits for Spring and Summer.

Elections: We will be voting on electing new officers for the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Director of Events. If you are running for office, you MUST email president@lanknights.net with your name and the position you are running for, by December 1st 11:59pm to be placed on the ballot.

Constitution: We are in the final stages of preparing and submitting the new Constitution. A final call for amendments or changes will be at this meeting.

T-shirt Contest: The winner of the t-shirt contest will be announced and shown at this meeting. Remember, all submissions are due to tshirtcontest@lanknights.net by December 1st at 11:59pm otherwise they will not be considered.

Can a draft of the current club constitution be placed in the forums so members can look it over and mebe add something?

For a second I thought the above poster was me. But that is not the case. Only I am me. And as such I would also like a public presentation of the Constitution draft somewhere. Let me know if I can help at all with that.

FYI the meeting and elections have to take place between the times of 7:00 and 7:05. From 7:06-9:00 is Shawn's Stop the Rage Victory Celebration and Acceptance Speech*.
