I've tried all these steps: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2615 and it still comes up.

Try uninstalling any program that you might use to write to CD/DVD. And then reinstall Itunes. Try deleting the iTunes folder in your Program Files location (not your Music folder) after uninstalling it.

See if that helps.
