What is this? 4chan? Here's mine. It's a laptop. Mainly used for school and not gaming.

Here's mine. I'm posting the full image because I do have three monitors and they all have the same background image and I am not ashamed of it.

You said that in the minecraft thread topic, and I'd reluctantly give you that point. But this?

My desktop changes frequently. Usually with my obsessions. I've recently become addicted to Mass Effect, if you can't already tell. :P

Also not a fan of icons.
However, I am a big fan of color. I like there to be at least one super-vibrant/intense color on my desktop, or simply a lot of color.
This is my current desktop, it changes every week or so. Depends on my mood.
I also like to keep my taskbar out of my way.

Sparing the icons which are still being popped-up, organized, and moved-around at the moment as I settle into yet another fresh install of Windows 7 on the heels of getting my replacement replacement motherboard that so far is working awesomely.

Note that the StarCraft part of the wallpaper references StarCraft 1, not 2.

However, I suspect that my desktop will be changing to include a more complete version of this and its bigger brother soon:

Pfft, how about giant folder set on a one hour rotation frequently? Right this second though?

Aw yeah Kim Pine. Need to clean a few more icons up, but I do have the taskbar hidden. Also, you people and your high res, 1360x768 go! At least whenever this improves, all of my desktop images are higher res so I won't have to find new ones.

I like simple clean images, I work with a lot of photo files on my desktop most of the time, so having a complex background makes it hard to find icons.

This is what it was:

Here is what it looks like with a new image:

I feel your pain. Even though I have three monitors, each has a res of 1280x1024. Certainly not the greatest, but my 5770 loves it!

Be a cool kid, and get object dock, or rocket dock. It's freakin' sweet.
