Why are we doing "UCF" tryouts off campus at a location where I assume we have to pay for play time?

Because they have sponsored our tryouts and you are wrong in assuming we will have to pay to play. If you came to the meeting you would know that :P

I'm currently not a member(went to a few lans with you guys, but wasnt really feeling it) but now that SC2 is out I've been looking for some tourneys/competitions to play in, so I was wondering if this was open to ucf students in general, or if this is a members only tryout. If it's members only(and even if it's not), how much is a club membership?

The tryouts are open to all UCF students.

Membership is $20 for the whole year, and we'll be posting more information soon on how to pay.

I can take 2 people from campus, although I will be adventuring to find the building. I couldn't make the meeting (apartment meeting :( but do we have to bring anything other than our bodies? :)

Its a LAN center and its free but their keyboards are kind of annoying to play on. Call me 407-618-6016 if u need a ride, tho I get out of class at 6:00 so my phone will be off till then. A ride from UCF that is.
