Yeah that's total BS. I mean yeah MAYBE he was just expecting it, but it happens WAY too often for that be a coincidence.

I don't think it's a huge issue. Perhaps because it's easy to stop, and hacking out of/around a ban is more effort than it's worth? It really doesn't surprise me that there ARE cheaters, but as this video shows, people who resort to cheating likely aren't that good, and end up loosing anyway. The main issue would be the avoidance of losing/prevention of opponents gaining points.

I lost to maphacker the other day. It was on a map with 4 spawn locations... he proxy gateway rushed me without scouting.

His name is RoX and now I think he's banned :)

Edit:

Every blizzard game ever gets hacked a whole bunch, especially when it first comes out. In a few weeks Blizz will prolly announce they've banned like a bagillion accounts for hacking.

So that explains how I got bunker rushed without my noticing the other night. Sad thing is that if you can manage to catch them, you win.

If people want to pay another $60 to get a new account and continue hacking, I'm sure Blizzard is fine with that.
