I propose a movie night on Friday, the 7th of May. Iron Man 2 comes out, and it'd be a perfect way to celebrate the end of exams.

Those in favor?

Too bad I'll be home. I'll go to another theater and pretend that you guys are watching it too.

Well, for those of us who either have to stick around or do so of their own accord. I myself am going home for Mother's Day, which is why I suggested the movie and the day. Other than that, I'm here all summer. What's the use of having an 11-month lease if you're not going to be in Orlando for a good portion of them?

Sounds good to me, though so far it sounds like it's gonna be a bust

Sounds awesome. Not sure if I'm going to be here, as that's the weekend of the Aquabats concert in Tampa, but if I am, I SUBMIT MY FRIDAY EVENING TO IRON MAN!

I'll be home, which would be no issue except thx to post-concussive crap I can't drive, so even though it's only a 30 minute trip, finding a ride will be tough. Might be able to convince one of my friends from Lake Mary to take a ride out though, so I'll let you guys know asap.

If we're going to Oveido that would help my case a lot for getting there. Waterford will be tougher.

Well, it was just a thought. We can go to whichever theatre would be best for everyone, on whatever day would be best for everyone. I just wanted to get us all together, seeing as I missed the last LAN or two.

IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK TO WANT TO SEE MY FRIENDS!? ;~;

@terranup: There had best be a story behind "post-concussive."

Two concussions in 24 hours Thanksgiving '07 during an ice hockey tournament, was cleared to go back three months later and got a third concussion. Suffered from post-concussive syndrome for the rest of my high school year until my neurologist finally got me on Keppra and I had time to rest so it could work. Got a nice month+ rest then worked at EA QA (relatively easy job for me) for the rest of that summer and have been fine since...

...until earlier this year. Apparently overwhelmed myself with programming work and too many 48 hour days and overloaded what Keppra could deal with, so post-concussive came back in full force for a bit, but at least now my neurologist has added another medicine to the mix and that is causing it to back down a bit but nonetheless I'll be heading back home (lol40minutesaway) for at least a month to rest + recover before finishing up some of my classes from this semester I had to take Incompletes for. Movie night is fine though =)

Well, shit. That would do it, and that's why I always try to get a good night's sleep. Get well soon!

Well, to my knowledge, it's not happening this weekend, due to lack of interest. I'm already home for the weekend anyway.
