Hot Deals Forum Rules

All new topics in Hot Deals must have:
  • Name of the item with a link.
  • A brief summary of that item.
  • Keep the top post updated and add //SOLD or //EXPIRED to the topic title and post when done.
  • Do not bump deals or extraneous talk.

This would likely need its own forum section...if I start posting all the hot deals I find, this thing will be 10+ pages in a week.

If you wanted to do this smart, you can setup RSS feeds within vBulletin based off Slickdeals and BensBargains.

Automated, more deals listed, and no maintenance / updating from the user.

That would help, but Slickdeals and BensBargain are just the tip of the iceberg. I also prefer the deals their forum members find over those posted off the main page of those sites. Typically, end users will find the deals much faster than are posted onto a deals site.
