Last Fall we started having soccer practices right around the time classes started. As classes start tomorrow, I figured I'd post and see if anyone was up for playing maybe twice a week (last year we played Tuesday & Thursday evenings).

Post here if you're interested and we can start figuring out when and where we can play.

I'm trying to get practices to take place on Redbug / 436 in the Redbug Park complex, they have a huge field that may be lit at nights. I can put together some carpool from my house that will make the drive easier.

Who else is in for Tues / Thurs @ 6:30pm?

I can make it thursday @ 6.30, and I'd love to play, but since I dont have a car, maybe I could ride with someone if we practice off campus, cause I have no idea where Redbug is.

I'm going to setup a carpool system to minimize those without / can't drive out to Redbug.

Can you find out if it's accessible for practice during the evenings?

The main thing that I worry about with Red Bug is that the parking lots get locked up as soon as the softball games are over but we could give it a try. I can make it on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I know that Butts, Sid, Tom and John all want to get in on practices but I haven't found out when they are available yet but they have been pushing to start practices.

the redbug is where the people at work go to, the field is WAY bigger then what we need and if I'm not mistaken it's 20 bucks/hr.

We had 9 on 9 on each half of the field and it was still too big,

Everyone meet up at the Lake Claire soccer field for this week. I'm going to check out the Red Bug field prior to 6:30 PM to see if it's open and available to play. The Lake Claire field looks nice now and has some new grass for us to tear up.
