Summer Orientation Club Showcase Rate Topic: -----

Hey guys we have been invited to the First-Year Student Orientation again this summer. I am looking for a few people to help me with this sessions to promote our club. We are allowed a max of two representatives per session. Reply to the post if you can help me out :)

Below is the schedule of dates followed by the rules:

2005 First-Year Student Orientation Dates

(ALL ICE CREAM SOCIALS ARE FROM 7:30-8:30 P.M.
IN THE SU PEGASUS BALLROOM)

X Monday, May 23 Summer FTIC’s
X Thursday, May 26 Summer FTIC’s
X Wednesday, June 1 Summer FTIC’s
X Monday, June 6 Fall FTIC’s (Honors only)
X Thursday, June 9 Fall FTIC’s
X Monday, June 13 Summer/Fall FTIC’s
X Thursday, June 16 Fall FTIC’s (LEAD)
X Monday, June 20 Summer FTIC’s (Pegasus/SOAR)
X Thursday, June 30 Fall FTIC’s
X Wednesday, July 13 Fall FTIC’s
X Monday, July 18 Fall FTIC’s
X Thursday, July 21 Fall FTIC’s (GOT)




Each club/organization may have no more than 2 representatives at the program and at their table.

Each club/organization must show up on time between 7:30 & 7:45 p.m.

If a club/organization does not show up on time or does not show up at all, they will receive a warning. After the second warning, they will be disqualified from participating in any future programs.

Clubs/organizations are not allowed to invite Orientation students to any club/organization events, programs, or meetings prior to the student’s first day of class.

Clubs/organizations are not permitted to distribute any flyers, brochures, or other promotional materials that advertise alcohol or any illegal substance (NORML is permitted to distribute material from their national organization regarding the legal issues surrounding marijuana, but is not permitted to distribute material encouraging the use of marijuana).

Club/organization representatives are not permitted to eat any food and refreshments provided for Orientation students.

Ugh, if it wasn't so late at night i'd go. I have no reason to be in the area at that time though. But, if worse comes to worse and you need people, the best days that I can help are Mondays.

I can make it to some of those but I wont know until I get my schedule set. I think we are doing biweekly schedules.

I'll be there the 25th of July!!!!
That's when I'll be down there for Freshman Orientation.

I can do this Monday and Thursday, if someone else would like to join me that would be great. They limit us to a max of two people though.

Can somebody do the June 1st one? As I don't think I will be able to make that one.

you guys are repping it well @ orientation, it's definately revived the gamer in me, i'll be sure to attend a lan or 3 *note* the 2 reps tjat attend aren't allowed to eat any of the ice cream

Yeah, last summer they gave the people working tables ice cream at the end but not this year so far. Oh well, it's really about getting the word out about the club.
